Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread or Muffins


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin 
  • 2/3 cup cold water 
  • 1 cup oil 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 3 1/4 cups flour 
  • 3 cups sugar 
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda 
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon 

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2.  Mix the liquid ingredients first; then, add the (sifted) dry ingredients. 
  3. For 24 muffins, bake for 30-35 minutes. For bread, use two loaf pans (greased and floured), and bake for 50-60 minutes.
