- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Mix the liquid ingredients first; then, add the (sifted) dry ingredients.
- For 24 muffins, bake for 30-35 minutes. For bread, use two loaf pans (greased and floured), and bake for 50-60 minutes.
