Easy Chicken Gyros

- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- julienne sliced pickles
- homemade naan
- homemade tzakziki sauce
- Preheat a large skillet to medium heat. Cut the chicken into thin slices, place in a medium bowl and add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices. mix with hand or fork until all the chicken pieces are fully coated. Allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Using a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-low heat, and cook green pepper and onions for 5-10 minutes. The veggies should be softened, but not soggy.
- Place the chicken on the griddle and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring every few minutes. Remove from griddle and place in a warm flat-breads topped with tzakziki sauce, green peppers, onions, and pickles.
